I had a very positive experience with Erina Heights vets. Our pet min-foxy Pippa had been out of sorts for a couple of days, so I rang mid-afternoon. The receptionist was polite and when I outlined the symptoms, she arranged for me to bring her straight around and fit her in to what appeared to be a busy afternoon. Dr Audrey who gave Pippa a check over, was efficient, straight forward and a great communicator.She quickly identified a couple of scenarios and handle our dog with care.Highly recommended.
I used to go to this pratice from July 2014 to mid last year with my three dogs... I was happy with all the vets especially Holly and Natalie.. However, some nurses were very unmannered. I had made an follow-up appointment at the reception in person with a certain vet regarding my dog's prolonged diarrhoea. But on the day of my appointment, they said i was not booked for one but i could still see a different vet. So I had to wait for an hour and a half with my three dogs.. No apologies were given by the vet nurses. Their attitudes were like they were not responsible at all for the situation. They treated me like i was the one confused with the appointment and argued with me over why the appointment wasn't there and making clueless faces. After waiting for one and half hour, the owner of the vet hospital came out and examined my puppy and told me i was free of charge for today. However he said that i needed to check my appointment more thoroughly and check my texts. I had wasted a whole evening going there straight after i finished shift work and waited for almost an hour and a half with three dogs till the sun went down. All I wanted to hear from the staff - the nurses and the vets was just a sincere apology.
The vets and staff here have always been very professional and are our regular choice for our family dog. They have a doggie wash bay too which is great if you have a larger dog.
Truly compassionate and caring. We took our very old cat (24 years) who had deteriorated over the past week and especially on that day, we knew it was time for her to leave us. I rang and they said to bring her straight up. When we arrived she was made comfortable quickly and we spent time with her before she passed. I couldnt thank them more for their support at such a difficult time.
Definitely will be making this my vet of choice from now on. Friendly staff. Not overly expensive. Great advice and care
