It depends which agent you deal with. They are all completely different. I was interested in selling and investing several properties, but I found Tony here to be a complete nightmare, treated me awfully and who also refused to accept my offer (but sold thousands of dollars less to another buyer). But I later made a sale with another agent here. I was happy to notify management about his performance and commitment to the sale. So basically I came across the worst agent on the Central Coast here - but happily made a sale with another agent who has top performance.
Met Mathew Dawson at an open home in Killcare, I found him to be a gentleman of the highest order. Will definitely get in touh with him when we're actively looking to buy in the area.

This is the most appalling agency I have ever been involved with. I have a long term excellent rental history and have never dealt with an agency so bad. It is a joke, you call, you get put through to 4 different people before someone can help you, and even then it is begrudgingly . They don't care if you complain, could not give a damn. They presented the property we are in now in the most disgusting condition. If I were an owner I would never deal with them for my property. They have some slick look and feel but nothing about their process reflects this. There is no follow through, service is appalling, the property manager changes every week, they obviously have a problem with staff retention, I have no doubt why. My advice stay away from them.
