Kim and the Team at Platinum Physio are absolutely fantastic, they are extremely professional and always willing to go the extra mile and help and make sure you are back doing the things you love in no time, as long as you help yourself and do your exercises. Nothing is ever a problem for them and we are very fortunate to have such a fantastic dedicate team in our community.

Website States"Is there a waiting period before my first appointment? A. You should get an appointment the same day or within 48 hours of your call.Actually it's 4 days waiting for an appointment.Website stated hours on a Thursday is 7pm, but want to charge a $50 holding fee for out of hours... if the stated hours are until 7pm, what's after hours about that. other nights it states open until 8pm. The business should advertise correctly. poor customer service in my mind
