The last 2 times I've been there, I get home to find half the order missing. I then need to drive back (40 minute round trip) to get rest of the order with no compensation offered for the inconvenience

Ordered $77.90 worth of food from West Gosford, missing 5 items and when I return, get called a liar and have to argue to get the items, chips half full, no salt. Appalling customer service, the 2 Managers on had no idea and didn't care, just shrugged his shoulders and said "It's only KFC mate" Poor attitude and definitely the worst KFC in Australia.
Plenty of parking or drive through. Quick service. Food usually fresh and hot. Dining area could use a thorough clean though.
