First the of all - the staff was very friendly and polite. Their 'owner rules' are however ridiculous! I wanted a custom bouquet for my wife's birthday ($500 budget). They had a few small pre-made ones which i liked and just wanted a bigger version of one. I wanted to buy one and have them add 2 bunches of roses to it to make it easier. "Owners do not allow staff to modify these - you would have to do it at home yourself". So I wanted them to make the same one from scratch - just a lot bigger with the extra bunches. "The owner doesn't allow staff to sell less than a bunch per flower. So if you want to mix 10 different flowers you have to buy 10 bunches!" This is ridiculous. I have never seen a florist that refuses to customize a bouquet - especially since the store was empty and I was about to make their daily profit! If you want a premade bouquet (they only had a few to choose from) or buy a whole bunch and make your own at home this place is for you. If you want a classic florist where owners allow customers to choose and customize - this one is not for you.
Really sorry to give a bad review... but Ive been here a few times and every time I get flowers from here Im disappointed. The quality of flowers is ok, but mostly the style is very out-dated. The use of tissue paper to bulk out bouquets is awful and with so many varieties of wrapping paper these days, plastic cellophane doesn't compliment the flowers. I was recently delivered a bouquet which was presented in a lime green plastic bucket and green cane weaved bouquet holder. The thought behind receiving the flowers was absolutely beautiful, however the presentation was disappointing. Again, I am sorry and hope that you receive this review knowing that my intention is not to discourage people from using your services but to encourage you to perhaps look at implementing some modern styles/techniques.Thank you
