I completely agree with what others have said around the terrible online services provided by Bohemian Traders. Clothes do not follow standard sizes as stated on their website and given that they do not provide refunds, it is a very costly exchange process. I will never be buying with them again and would not recommend to others.
NEVER AGAIN!!! Buyer beware - poor quality item, not as described in the pictures, very patronising staff and no refunds! Shop with a reputable brand and save yourself the hassle and the cost. Wish Id read these before buying from them.
Sure the clothes are ok, and the sizing is inclusive but admittedly sizes up badly. The issue comes with after sales service. Returns are difficult and costly to the customer. Refunds are not offered, only exchanges and for those inexperienced with whether the brand works for them or fits their sizing - a very harsh learning curve. Plus the costs are all on you - for initial shipping AND returns. A complaint with trying if you're a perfect size something and never have issues with fits. But for me - 2 bad experiences and never again.
