Very poor customer service. Make sure you know what you want before going to this store the staff are young are not trained enough to know what they're talking about.
Always being served by cocky arrogant staff at the counter who doesn't make you feel like you are welcome there. This is my third experience there, I thought it was a one off but the poor customer service is consistent. I won't be going there again soon until perhaps it improves or a change of management... There are many other places in the local area that offer better customer service. A lot of their products aren't even priced and I feel uncomfortable to ask. I don't mind driving the extra 5 minutes going somewhere else or shop online. Very disappointed because I love the outdoors and I am always in need of new gears.

Great deals and range but unfortunately no service and very confusing pricing. So much stock unpriced it's a gamble as to what you are going to pay once at the register. Lots of racking was bare with no stock. We shopped the store for 20 minutes without being aknownowledged by a staff member. Lady on counter had serious attitude. Get your staff and merchandising correct and it could be worth going back too.
So we go in to shop, 30% off signs everywhere. We pick out some items and head to the register. The items are scanned in and no discount shows on the display. I ask if the 30% off is already included. "No, we have the signs up for the sale tomorrow, the signs don't come into effect yet" I'm obviously thrown off by that. Another employee is called over and he takes $8 off, from a $110 total. Because he claims that the prices already include 20% off. Mysteriously a lot of items don't have price tags, so we have nothing to base original price off. Outrageous. Can't believe the company policies or the employees. Wish I'd never stepped foot in this criminal store.
